I Credit Robot is a DBA of Tax Ninja Pro LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Our mailing address is 939 W Jefferson Blvd, Suite 109, Dallas, TX 75028.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid U.S. Social Security number and access to the U.S. consumer credit reporting system to use I Credit Robot. By subscribing, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Membership & Subscription
I Credit Robot membership is a subscription service billed at $79.99 per month. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract. Your membership begins immediately upon registration and successful payment.
Billing and Payment
Your subscription will renew automatically each month on the anniversary of your billing date. We will charge your payment method on file unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time through your member dashboard. When you cancel, your membership remains active through the end of your current paid billing period and will not renew. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of your initial purchase by emailing info@icreditrobot.com. After that 7-day window, payments already made are non-refundable, and unused portions of a billing period are not prorated.
What I Credit Robot Does Not Provide
I Credit Robot does not provide dispute letters, document generation, credit report uploads into a third-party system, third-party mailing services, or affiliate credit monitoring subscriptions. I Credit Robot is a self-directed financial literacy and credit education platform only.
Self-Directed Platform
I Credit Robot is a self-directed platform. You make your own choices about which educational resources to use and how to apply the information. We do not make decisions for you. You are solely responsible for the actions you take based on information accessed through the platform.
No Guarantees
I Credit Robot makes no guarantee that using the platform will result in any specific outcome, including credit score increases, loan or mortgage approvals, or any other financial result. Results vary and depend on individual circumstances beyond the platform's control.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, text, graphics, and materials on I Credit Robot are the property of Tax Ninja Pro LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any materials without our written permission. Your use is limited to accessing the membership for personal financial education purposes.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use I Credit Robot only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon others' rights or restrict their use and enjoyment. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, disrupting the flow of dialogue in the platform, and attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to protect your account security.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tax Ninja Pro LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of I Credit Robot. Our total liability for any claim relating to the membership is limited to the membership fees you paid to us in the three months before the claim arose. The educational content and tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of I Credit Robot after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
